Patricia has more than 25 years of management experience in family-owned, early stage entrepreneurial and corporate environments.  Throughout her career, she has distinguished herself by her ability to build businesses and teams.  She forges strong, long-term relationships with her clients and demonstrates her talent for understanding both the business and people issues they face.

She has brought revolutionary, changes to the executive search profession and has created unique services that further distinguish her and her firm.  Some of her Life Science clients include Amylin Pharmaceuticals, Sicor Pharmaceuticals (acquired by Teva), Bio-Rad Laboratories, Eastern Star Assisted Living, Arcadian Management Services, PhDx, US Labs (acquired by LabCorp), Hoya Vision and Santarus.

Patricia is a graduate of the 2007 class of Leadership California, a network of accomplished women, dedicated to advancing the leadership role women play in impacting business, social and public policy. She served as the Vice President and President-Elect for the Foundation Fighting Blindness in Los Angeles and is a member of the Family Owned Business Round Table.
