Mark is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources having served as a trusted business partner and HR strategist for over 20 years in private, public, domestic and international companies. Mark’s experience includes the life sciences and pharmaceuticals, with companies such as Solvay Pharmaceuticals, Serologicals/Millipore Corporation, Revogenex, and Metastatix. Mark also has worked in high tech with companies such as S.I.T.A., VeriFone, and John H. Harland Company and in the construction industry with Robert Bowden, Inc. and Gibbs Landscape Company.

Mark is highly skilled in organizational design and development, strategic planning, management coaching, employee relations, internal policy and procedure development and corporate restructuring.

Mark holds a bachelors degree in life sciences from Virginia Tech and is also an active member of Georgia Bio, the state chapter of Bio, the national professional organization for the life sciences industry. Additionally, he is a member of the national Society for Human Resource Management and its Atlanta chapter.
