Arshad Ahmed is a Partner and Co-founder of Scientia Advisors and leads its practice in growth strategy development for clients in the life sciences and healthcare industries including medical devices/ diagnostics, therapeutics, discovery tools and applied/ environmental areas.

With more than 15 years of strategy consulting experience in health care, life science, and other global industries, Arshad has deep understanding of the importance of innovation in the field of medicine and its potential impact in the market place. His background has proved invaluable to health care and life science companies seeking to generate sustainable growth and profitability facing unprecedented challenges in the overall global economy, competitive threats, disruptions and evolving regulatory policies.

At Scientia, he oversees the company's overall strategic approach and processes and has developed the fundamental methodologies that have allowed Scientia to assist its clients in their growth plans. This includes processes in identifying unmet market needs, growth trends, market segmentation, go-to-market plans, evaluating potentially disruptive technologies, formulating strategic and transactional plans and linking merger and acquisition partners.

Before founding Scientia, Arshad worked at The Boston Consulting Group and held senior consulting positions at Integral Inc. and Potomac Partners management consulting.
