On behalf of Georgia Bio (GaBio), we invite you to exhibit at the 8th Annual Georgia Life Sciences Summit, scheduled for Wednesday, September 24, 2008, at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.

DID YOU KNOW
The Summit has become the premier life sciences conference in the Southeast, and this year the theme of the conference is Molecules, Materials & Minds ~ Building Georgia’s INNOVATION Economy. The Summit will showcase the most advanced life science research and product developments not only in biomedicine and medical devices, but also in agriculture and bioenergy.

This broad focus will connect the 2008 Summit to the 2009 Biotechnology Industry Organization’s (BIO) Annual International Convention in Atlanta. The 2009 BIO conference will highlight life sciences technologies from across the globe in healthcare, agriculture, industrial and energy production, environmental management, and biodefense. This is the largest biotech conference in the world and will give Georgia a one-of-a-kind opportunity to showcase its collection of life sciences technologies in these same industry sectors.

VALUE IN EXHIBITING
The value in exhibiting at the Summit is represented by the unparalleled success of the 2007 event. Conference attendance topped 750 and attendees included company executives, university administrators and scientists, government leaders, investors and public policy experts. The exhibit hall was a sell-out and more than 100 scientists from industry and academia competed in the poster contest as part of an expanded scientific program. In 2008, we are expecting more than 800 life sciences professionals from across the nation, Europe, Canada, Australia, and Asia.

The Georgia Life Sciences Summit 2008 Executive Committee reserves the right to refuse registrations not meeting standards required or expected of the Summit.

Registrations received after August 15, 2008 will not be guaranteed acknowledgment in the final program.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Exhibit fees will be refunded, minus a $50 administration fee, if the cancellation is received on or before July 25, 2008. 50% of the exhibit fees will be refunded if cancellation is received before August 15, 2008. No refunds will be given on or after August 15, 2008.
