Jack Merritt is President  & CEO of ICON Interventional Systems®, an emerging medical device company which is developing innovative products for unmet needs in interventional vascular medicine.  He has over 30 years experience in Sales and Marketing, International Management and General Management of medical device companies.  As Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Johnson & Johnson Interventional Systems, he led the commercialization of the original Palmaz-Schatz Coronary Stent, which created a $500 million business within Johnson & Johnson (JNJ), leading to the acquisition of Cordis Corporation.  He also served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at CardioGenesis Corporation, and as President for the Americas at Regent Medical where he was directly responsible for dramatic sales growth and business expansion.
