Blaine W. Lindsey

Blaine Lindsey is an attorney and health policy specialist who represents companies throughout the life sciences and healthcare industries. His practice focuses on a variety of litigation, corporate and regulatory compliance issues for FDA regulated firms, as well as for traditional healthcare clients. Blaine has regularly counseled pharmaceutical, device, and cosmetic companies in regulatory matters, including labeling, marketing, and agency review.
Blaine holds a law degree, with honors, from Emory University School of Law, and an M.P.H. in Health Policy and Management from Emory University Rollins School of Public Health. While in law school, Blaine was the Managing Editor of the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal and President of the Health Law Society. He was the 2004 Fellow of the Georgia Academy of Healthcare Attorneys and received the Georgia Healthcare Financial Management Association O.J. Booker Scholarship Award.
Blaine is very active in the GaBio Emerging Leaders Network, and currently serves as the 2008 Georgia Life Sciences Summit Liaison and Liaison to the 2009 BIO International Convention for that organization.
