Kurt Jacobus, PhD
Chief Executive Officer and President, MedShape Solutions, Inc.
Dr. Jacobus has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of MedShape Solutions since 2006. From 2003 to 2006, Dr. Jacobus held a variety of senior positions in mergers and acquisitions and in the development of new technology businesses for the J.M. Huber Corporation. Prior to Huber, Dr. Jacobus spent five years as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company focusing on the development of growth businesses for start-up to Fortune 500 clients. Dr. Jacobus holds a doctorate and master of science in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois and a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
