Dr. Fang is the Director of Engineering, Sriya Innovations, Inc., currently leads a team of engineers developing a set of state-of-the-art technologies that convert natural biomass to biofuel and bio-chemicals. The technologies are being scaled up from lab systems to a pilot-scale continuous process that continuously processes biomass and produces bio-products. This pilot process will lead to a commercial plant to produce millions of gallons biofuel per year from various natural biomass resources. Dr. Fang got his PhD in chemical engineering from the University of Cincinnati. He was an ORISE post doctoral fellow at U.S. EPA National Risk Management Research Laboratory. He obtained his MS in chemical engineering from Zhejiang University (China) with an honor of University Award. He served as a process design engineer at Shanghai Petrochemical Complex Design Institute, SINOPEC, China.
