Amanda DePalma

Amanda DePalma is the Director of Global Strategic Marketing for Medical Devices at Kimberly-Clark Health Care in Roswell, Ga. A rising leader in the biotech industry, Amanda has earned recognition both in and out of the company for her development and execution of global medical device platforms and new product strategies. In 2005, Amanda led the global launch of the Microcuff Endotracheal Tube, an effort that won the Marketing Award for Excellence (MAX) for outstanding new products, services or marketing strategies by a Georgia-based company.
 
Amanda received both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in business administration from the University of Florida. She has since worked in the healthcare industry for more than 12 years, marketing a variety of clinical solutions from individual products to complete medical device portfolios.

Acting as mentor to other rising leaders, Amanda is committed to the professional development of her colleagues. She is an active member Kimberly-Clark’s Women’s Leadership Initiative and leads a task force dedicated to retaining the company’s female managers.
