Keith A. Barritt is a Principal in the Washington, D.C. office of Fish & Richardson P.C., one of the premier intellectual property law firms in the country.  His practice is primarily focused on medical device regulation by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, as well as trademark law.  Keith is a member of the Board of Advisors for BNA, Inc.'s "Medical Devices Law & Industry Report" and volunteers as a mentor to start-up medical companies associated with the University of Virginia.  He also is listed in The Legal Media Group's 2008 "Guide to the World's Leading Trademark Law Practitioners," and recently received a Volunteer Service Award for his work on Internet domain names from the International Trademark Association.  Keith graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in philosophy in 1983, spent a few years working as a legislative aid for a Congressman in Washington, D.C., and returned to the University of Virginia where he received his law degree in 1989.
