Mark Banks joined Sciele Pharma Inc. as the Vice President of Human Resources in September of 2006.  With over 20 years of successful leadership in both pharmaceutical and retail corporations, Mark has achievements and depth of experience in leadership development, recruiting, placement, selection, employee relations, benefits, compensation and training and development.
