IId. HOW GEORGIA’S RESEARCH INSTITUTIONS ARE PIONEERING THE LIFE SCIENCES

This session provides a unique opportunity to hear senior leaders from Georgia's top research universities.  The panel will address their respective institutional efforts to facilitate the commercialization of life science technologies.  Topics include major research initiatives, technology transfer, and bio-incubation.  In addition, the panel will address other areas of concern including conflict of interest, consulting, and indirect cost rates.
