Michael A. Henos, MBA
Managing General Partner, Alliance Technology Ventures LP

Mr. Henos has served as Managing General Partner of Alliance Technology Ventures, L.P., a venture capital firm since 1993. From 1991 to 2001, Mr. Henos also served as a General Partner of Aspen Ventures, a venture capital partnership. He currently serves as the chairman of the board of directors of Inhibitex, Inc. and AtheroGenics, Inc., both of which are Atlanta-based publicly-held life-science companies. He is also a member of the board of directors of several privately-held biotechnology and technology companies. Mr. Henos received a B.S. in Economics and a M.B.A. in Finance from the University of California, Los Angeles.
