Registration Fees and Information

The Executive Committee strongly suggests that you register early to ensure your place at the meeting, as registration will close when the venue capacity is reached.
Payment of the registration fee includes the following:

  • Entrance into all official sessions, including the poster session
  • Official delegate materials, including delegate bag and final program and abstract book
  • Gala party on Thursday evening, October 27, 2005

Early Registration (on or before August 26, 2005)

GBP members $125
Non-GBP members $200

Regular Registration (after August 26, 2005)

GBP members $175
Non-GBP members $250

On-site Registration (if venue capacity has not been reached)

GBP members $250
Non-GBP members $325

Cancellation Policy
Please note that cancellation of registrations postmarked on or before September 28, 2005 will incur a $50 administration fee. No refund will be issued for registrations canceled after September 28, 2005.

To register via fax or postal mail:
Print and complete the Conference Registration Form*.
Fax or mail the completed registration form along with registration fee payment to the Conference Secretariat.

Student Registration  - ONLY AVAILABLE ONSITE AT THIS TIME
$50 - To complete a student registration please print and complete the Student Conference Registration Form* and return with a copy of your valid student ID.

Gala Party Ticket Only  - ONLY AVAILABLE ONSITE AT THIS TIME
Gala Party Tickets for Thursday evening, October 27, 2005.
$30 - Purchase of this ticket INCLUDES:

·        Entrance to an expanded science portion of the program, which begins at 3:00pm

·        Admission to the Gala Party, "Getting to know our Life Sciences Community", which begins at 5:30pm .  Join your colleagues for a night of fun, games and music.  Try your skills at the casino table, enjoy the magic of the roaming Zolas and dance to your favorite music spun by Dave Henderson of Jammin' DJs

 

Please note that purchase of the Gala Party Ticket DOES NOT include entrance into all official sessions, delegate materials, including conference bag and Program/Abstract book.
