THE APPLICATION/ABSTRACT DEADLINE IS MIDNIGHT EASTERN TIME, THURSDAY APRIL 2, 2009.
The XVIII International HIV Drug Resistance Workshop is a closed workshop, with a limited attendance of 250 delegates. If you are planning to attend this Workshop, you must submit an application prior to the application deadline. Co-authors of abstracts submitted to the Workshop must complete an application to be considered for admittance.
As in previous years, the abstract/application process has been combined into one online step. During this online process, if you indicate on the application form that you are the presenting author and intend to submit an abstract, you will be forwarded to the ABSTRACT SUBMISSION page, providing an opportunity to upload the abstract. There is no need to complete the application/abstract form until your abstract is ready for submission.
Applications are invited from researchers, clinicians and community representatives ACTIVELY working in the field of HIV/HBV/HCV drug resistance. Applications are considered with or without abstract submission. However, priority will be given to the presenting authors of accepted abstracts. All applications will be acknowledged, but this acknowledgment does NOT represent a confirmation of acceptance to register. Applications sent via E-mail cannot be accepted.
All applicants will be notified on May 1, 2009 as to whether or not their application/abstract has been accepted. Please note that the Organizing Committee decisions are final. All accepted applicants must then REGISTER for the Workshop.
