| The XIII International
HIV Drug Resistance Workshop is a closed workshop, with a limited
attendance of 250 delegates. If you are planning to submit an abstract,
you may upload your abstract during the application/abstract submission
process anytime prior to the application deadline of Midnight Eastern
time April 8, 2004.
Applications are invited from researchers, clinicians and community
representatives ACTIVELY working in the field of HIV/AIDS. Applications
are considered with or without abstract submission. However, priority
will be given to the presenting authors of accepted abstracts.
All applications will be acknowledged, but this acknowledgment
does NOT represent a confirmation of acceptance to register.
Applications sent via E-mail cannot
be accepted.
Those authors, whose abstract are not accepted, will then be considered
for acceptance with those applicants not submitting an abstract.
All applicants will be notified on May 4,
2004 as to whether or not their application has been accepted. Please
note that the Organizing Committee decisions are final. All accepted
applicants must then REGISTER for the Workshop.
Upon notification of acceptance, the
delegate must REGISTER for the Workshop by May 18, 2004.
Failure to register on or before the deadline may result in the
loss of your acceptance in the Workshop.
Applicants that are accepted for registration will be provided
a secure USERNAME and PASSWORD to access the REGISTRATION page.
