Conference Registration

To register for HIV DART 2000, please complete the registration form provided.

To register on-line with a credit card, please complete and submit the on-line HIV DART 2000 secure registration form.

To register via fax or postal mail:

• Print and complete the conference registration form. The registration form is an Adobe Acrobat document. If your computer cannot read the registration form, please download Adobe's free Acrobat Reader via the "Get Acrobat Reader" button.
  
  
• Fax or mail the completed registration form along with registration fee payment to the Conference Secretariat.
