Accommodation Rates
The Grand Hyatt is able to offer three (3) options of rooms to suit the needs of the Conference delegates. The rates listed below are for single or double occupancy and include state and local taxes, which are currently 13.416%.   Such taxes are subject to change without notice. A two-night’s deposit is required to guarantee the hotel reservation.  Accommodation cancellations after October 4, 2011 and on or before November 4, 2011 will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the hotel deposit. Cancellation after November 4, 2011 will result in loss of deposit.

Group rate as outlined above will be in effect from November 29, until December 13, 2011. Extensions prior to or past these dates are subject to room and rate availability. Delegates with accommodation requirements that are not provided for in the above list, i.e., suites, special access, etc. should contact the Conference Secretariat at +1 248 655 0201.

Porterage and Room Attendant Gratuities
Bellman and room attendant gratuities are at the Guest's discretion.

TRAVEL
Direct flights into the Lihue, Kauai airport (LIH) are available from the following cities: Honolulu (HNL), Los Angeles (LAX), San Francisco (SFO), Oakland (OAK), Phoenix (PHX), Denver (DEN), Seattle (SEA), and Vancouver (YVR).

Airport Transfers
The Grand Hyatt Kauai is located approximately thirty minutes from the Lihue Airport. Several modes of transportation are available for guests when they arrive at Lihue Airport.

Shuttle Service
A special discounted rate has been arranged for all attendees of HEP DART with Speedi Shuttle. The rates below are inclusive of taxes. Gratuities are at your discretion.

To receive the special discounted rate, reservations must be made via the Speedi Shuttle website. Please click here to make your reservations. A discount code or group code is NOT required to obtain the discount. If you do not have access to the internet, you may call the Speedi Shuttle reservation department at +1 808 329 5433 or 877 242 5777 directly to make reservations, but please note the discounted rate is only available if you book online. To ensure your reservation please reserve your transfer a minimum of 2 - 3 weeks prior to your arrival as December is a busy time of the year.

Taxi
Taxi phones and cabs are located curbside at baggage claims areas. Approximate cost will be US $45.00 - US $50.00
