REGISTRATION
The Organizing Committee strongly suggests that you register early to ensure your confirmation, as registration will close when the capacity of the venue is reached. Priority will be given to persons submitting an abstract.

On-line registration is available on this Conference Website. Alternatively, you may download a printable, faxable registration form. Registrations sent via E-mail cannot be accepted.

Conference Registration Fees
Payment of the Full Registration Fee includes the following:

• Entrance into all sessions
• All official Conference materials           
• Refreshment Breaks – June 1-2, 2006

REGISTRATION INFORMATION & FEES

Early Registration Fee: $460
(registrations received on or before by March 31, 2006)

Regular Registration Fee: $580
(registrations received after March 31, 2006)

Onsite Registration Fee: $700

Young Scientist Reduced Registration Fee: $200
Post-doc and young investigators under the age of 35 may complete the Young Scientist Registration Form.  Please return the completed form along with a letter from your mentor/supervisor indicating your need for the reduced rate and a copy of your passport or driver's license.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation of registrations received on or before March 21, 2006 will incur a $50 administration fee.

Cancellation of registrations received after March 21, 2006 and on or before April 21, 2006 incurs a fee equivalent to 50% of the registration payment.

No refund will be issued for registrations canceled after April 21, 2006.
